Je partage une info (donc pas la peine de me contacter pour plus d'infos ou dire que vous êtes intéressés ).

Madpea recherche un directeur marketing. Je copie colle ci-dessous l'annonce (avec l'autorisation de la boss) En anglais, puisque la langue utilisée sera l'anglais (parlé, écrit).

Madpea est une société bien implantée dans SL, proposant des jeux de type chasses au trésor. De trèèès bonnes qualités et toujours créés dans un décor très bien buildé.

L'annonce pourrait intéresser des personnes ici, peut-être. Et puis cela permettra à Kiana Writer, la créatrice et owner de Madpea de dormir un peu

Ils recherchent un "marketing director".

Quelques conditions :
- Il faudra travailler dans l'esprit de Kiana Writer, et de son équipe.
- Anglais
- Accepter que votre visage et nom RL soit connus. Ils seront publiés sur le site de madpea.
- Pour les réunions, vous devrez utiliser skype / la voice.
- Naturellement connaître madpea, ou du moins regarder ce qu'ils font.

C'est du sérieux  Mais, s'il y a un bien un groupe dans SL qui permet de participer à de chouettes trucs, et organiser de chouettes événements c'est bien avec Madpea. Ce ne sont pas les seuls, mais ils sont vraiment top. En plus, bon esprit.

We are looking for someone with strong marketing background and a lot of imagination as well as excellent people skills. The role calls for a mix of marketing, marketing communications and sales.

Is it for you?

As a Marketing Director you’ll be very much looking after MadPea’s image, brand and also its standing within the marketplace. You’ll be working closely following Kiana’s vision and together with the Operations Manager Bobbi Bashir and Creative Director Harter Fall.
It’s a high pressure job and you’ll need to know a little bit (or a lot) about all aspects of the way MadPea operates. Needless to say there’s a lot of networking and handshaking, so you need to have an outgoing personality.

Qualifications and Skills

To be a good Marketing Director you need to have imagination and enthusiasm, an eye for trends and products, yet also be a clear thinker and good communicator.
Marketing is a wide field and if you have the ambition and the skills to make it, then opportunities are widely available.

What is expected

Provide the planning and leadership to the Marketing Department by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed in order to meet and exceed the goals of the Marketing plan.
Assume overall responsibility for developing the quarterly marketing plan for the organization.
Establish a system of reports and communications for all information from the marketing team to the sales team and for feedback and request from the sales team to the marketing team.
